You should always get a confirmation when you place an order at The Snack Club. If you haven’t received an email while you did finish an order, it might be stuck in your spam folder. May you not find any confirmation in your spamfolder, please reach out to us. We can then re-send you the order confirmation.

As long as your shipment has not been shipped yet, we can change your order. Contact us with your order number and details about your change. Please note this is only possible when you haven’t yet received a sent confirmation.
