We send our snacks to select countries in the European Union. Below is a list of the countries we send to. Though, if you’re not in one of these countries, don’t worry! Contact us directly, and we’ll give you more details on shipping to your country.
We work together with different carriers for different parts of the world. Below are the different shipping costs per part of the world. We do not offer pick-up delivery at this time.

These shipping rates are based on a package with a maximum weight of 31.5kg. If your shipment may exceed this, we will contact you about the delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your snacks, you can return them to The Snack Club. You must notify us about this by contacting us within 14 days of your order date. Make sure you mention your order number and what snacks you’d like to return. The shipment for your snacks to The Snack Club is at your own cost.
In order to return your package and get a refund, you must make sure all of the snacks have not been opened yet, have an expiry date of at least five days when you send them and are in such a state that we can resell them. This way, we can make sure no snacks are wasted. ?
