The idea
Finding a good location for a renewable energy project takes months: generating leads, a site study before permits, and getting residents and landowners on board. EnergyAtlas brought the data for that into one place, for project developers, energy companies and consultants.

Solar irradiance, wind speed and direction, and distance to the grid and other infrastructure for each location.
