What it did
Unlock
Scan your fingerprint on your phone while your computer is locked, and it unlocks.
Password prompts
Scan your fingerprint while a password prompt is open, and KeyTouch fills it in for you.
Lock
Scan your fingerprint while your computer is unlocked, and it locks.
Websites
KeyTouch for Websites: log in to websites by scanning your fingerprint, with a notification each time a login needs it.
Secure
The password was stored AES-256 encrypted on the computer itself. It never left the computer and was never sent over Bluetooth.
Power efficient
Bluetooth Low Energy kept the connection fast and light on battery, so it could stay on all day.
